Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Film Fun's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Film Fun's services for personal, community and commercial viewing. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials without proper authorization
• Use Film Fun's proprietary technology or algorithms for competing services
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person without proper authorization

3. Community Projects and Token Ownership

Projects launched through Film Fun's community platform are subject to the following terms:

• Intellectual Property (IP) rights of community-launched projects belong to the project token holders collectively
• Token holders have proportional rights to the project's IP based on their token ownership
• Original creators maintain attribution rights and may be granted additional licensing rights as specified in the project's terms
• Projects may be developed and licensed with respect to both the creators and community token holders
• Revenue sharing and licensing terms will be clearly defined in each project's specific terms

4. User Content

You are responsible for any content you create, upload, or share through our service. You must not upload, create or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Is spam or commercial in nature without proper authorization

5. Disclaimer

The materials on Film Fun's service are provided on an 'as is' basis. Film Fun makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Film Fun or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Film Fun's service.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Film Fun's service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Film Fun does not warrant that any of the materials on its service are accurate, complete, or current. Film Fun may make changes to the materials contained on its service at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Film Fun operates and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
